SOCCER TRAINING PROGRAM

We help every kid fall in love with soccer and grow as a person, no matter their skill level. Our fun, rotating mix of drills and games is designed to help them succeed on and off the field.

PROGRAM DETAILS
  • 2 to 17 years old, boys and girls
  • All skill levels
  • Locations: Mississauga, Toronto, Etobicoke, Belleville and Milton
  • One 60-minute session per week (additional weekly session for an extra $65/month)
  • Operates year-round with ongoing enrollment (Indoor/Outdoor)

TYPICAL TRAINING SESSION BREAKDOWN
  • 0-5 mins: Warm-Up & Welcome. Dynamic stretches, light jogging, and fun warm-up games to get players energized and ready.
  • 5-35 mins: Skill Development. Focused drills on techniques like dribbling, passing, shooting, or ball control.
  • 35-60 mins: Game Play & Practice. Small-sided games and scrimmages where players apply their new skills in real match situations.
